He is one of the most experienced trainers in the industry. He has been a promoter and practitioner of Peer Learning Methodology of Prof.Eric Masur of the Harward University. He has been a Visiting Faculty Member at many educational institutions

Srividya M R
Srividya is a language and soft skills trainer who specializes in the concept of ‘student centered learning’. With over 8 years of training experience, she’s trained and counselled more than 25000 students across India. She was a part of the project team ‘MILLEE’, (A mobile phone technology based language training project for ‘Non-English speaker’s) by Berkeley University, California. She has designed language games and learning activities, for a result oriented training. She holds a Master Degree is Bio-technology and a Master Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism. She also has done her diploma in TESOL and diploma in training and development from Indian Society of Training and Development. She is a successful Instructional designer and a Six Sigma professional as well. Sreejith Krishnan
Sreejith is a corporate trainer with more than 10 years of industry experience in core HR functions. He started his career with Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd, Bangalore and was part of their HR team for 3 years. Sreejith Joined Infosys in 2007 and worked as a part of the education and research team in Bangalore. His core expertise is in designing and conducting different personal growth workshops.
