Faculty Development Programs (FDP)

Faculty development programs aim to bridge these gaps by training educators to enhance teaching methodologies, improve academic programs, and foster the development of competent, future-ready graduates. In recent years, though ‘Lead’ educational tools have been understood and adopted by many institutions.

India’s higher education system is the second largest in the world, with nearly 30 million students across 48,500 institutions. The quality of education and the nation’s future workforce depends on the caliber of its teachers and faculty members.

Despite having one of the highest numbers of educational institutions globally, India faces a shortage of well-trained and updated faculty due to rapid expansion in the past two decades. This has led to challenges in maintaining educational quality.

While many institutions have adopted modern teaching tools, gaps persist in strategic educational planning and execution. Our program bridges these gaps by equipping educators with the skills and insights needed to become future-ready!
